I'm the heart behind Breathe with Blanco. I guide people through meditation, Reiki, and journaling in a way that feels simple, supportive, and real.
Everything I share comes from lived experience. These practices carried me through seasons of change, grief, growth, and rediscovering myself. Meditation helped me slow down. Journaling helped me understand what I was carrying. Reiki helped me soften and release.
Clients often tell me they feel safe and grounded in our time together.
I've also trained in Trauma Informed Yoga and I'm slowly stepping into offering restorative centered classes. My intention is to create spaces where your body feels safe, where nothing is forced, and where rest is honored.
You being your own healer, I simply walk beside you.

This 1-day workshop blends guided meditation, reflective prompts, and creative collage journaling using magazines, images, stickers, and mixed media. You'll create a personalized journal page that becomes both a self-expression piece and a manifestation vision.

For anyone with a tight schedule, or who just love healing from the comfort of home, distant Reiki is a beautiful way to receive the same benefits as an in-person session.
Everything is energy, and energy isn't limited by time or distance. We're all connected.
Distant Reiki is basically energy relaxation from afar. You just get comfy while I send calming, supportive energy your way.
